Mormon Row is a pretty good view point.
If you’re planning a trip to Grand Teton National Park, you’ve likely seen some pretty pictures of this place, and one of them may look something like this:
It’s a pretty neat spot, and it offers some incredible views of the Tetons. You can walk around the grounds a bit and see how the first pioneers lived! It’s a short stop, perhaps 10-15 minutes total, but it’s worth the stop! You’ll find it on the right hand side of the road as you drive north on the U.S. 191 from Jackson, WY, and then it’s a short drive up a little road.
And, the best part is, it’s not out of the way from anything! You can still easily get to the access road for Bradley Lake, Taggart Lake, and Jenny Lake via Teton Park Road – you’re just past the junction, and everything is very clearly marked!!
Enjoy your time in Tetons – make sure you see this!
Parting shot:
Next blog: Either another hiking review or a national park visit…I’ve been to a few since Grand Tetons! Hot or cold?
