Aloha,
It’s been a while; a year, in fact. A lot has happened since my last contact with you. I caught island fever here on Kauai and it’s likely I’ll never truly return home. The sunshine, the ocean crashing by my window, the warm midday rain, the feeling of sand everywhere, dramatic, lush mountains full of waterfalls…even the chickens yodeling at each other early in the morning. It’s all part of a time I hope to never forget. Maybe one day I’ll get back to my normal life. But part of me….part of me hopes I never forget romping around on a little island in Hawai’i with the most beautiful bride in the world…
